    Jimmy–One thing to keep in mind that the great aunt was represented by Fulbright & Jaworski. This is NOT to say that the great aunt was wealthy…in fact F&J repped her on an HVLP referral.

    But it does show that she had some pretty big guns on her behalf on appeal.
